A Hair Wellness Assessment is the first step in your journey. During your assessment, we evaluate your hair, scalp, concerns, lifestyle, and goals to develop personalized recommendations designed specifically for you.
Why do I need an assessment first?
Healthy hair starts with assessment.
Rather than guessing, we evaluate your individual needs before recommending products, treatments, or services. This allows us to create a personalized Hair Wellness plan based on your unique goals.
Can my assessment be completed virtually?
Yes.
Many Hair Wellness Assessments can be completed virtually using your submitted photos, videos, and consultation information.
How do I get started?

What photos do I need?
Clients are asked to submit:

- Top (Crown)

How should I send my photos and videos?
Our preferred method is Google Drive.
Upload your photos and videos to Google Drive and share your link through:
- Your Intake Form
- Your Client Dashboard
- Text Message
If you do not have Google Drive, you may also use Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to upload your media and share the link with Sijaché.
Eligible clients are also invited to document their progress within the Sijaché Hair Wellness Community.
Why do you ask for photos and videos?
Your photos and videos allow us to evaluate your Hair Wellness Journey, monitor progress, document results, and provide personalized recommendations over time.
Products
Can I purchase products without an assessment?
Yes.
Retail and maintenance products may be purchased without an assessment.
However, professional treatments, customized Hair Wellness plans, and prescription-based recommendations are provided following a Hair Wellness Assessment by a Certified Sijaché Professional.
This personalized approach allows us to recommend the products, treatments, and services most appropriate for your individual Hair Wellness goals.
Which products do I need?
Product recommendations are personalized based upon your Hair Wellness Assessment.
Because every individual is unique, we do not believe one product works for everyone.
Medical Wigs (Cranial Prostheses)
Do you provide Medical Wigs?
Yes.
Sijaché provides Medical Wig (Cranial Prosthesis) consultations, fittings, education, physician documentation support, and insurance reimbursement guidance.
Will my insurance pay for my Medical Wig?
Coverage depends upon your individual insurance plan.
While we assist with documentation and education, insurance approval and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
Do I need a prescription?
Some insurance plans require a prescription from your physician.
We’ll guide you through the documentation process when applicable.
Appointments
What is a Reservation Fee?
A Reservation Fee secures your appointment time.
Reservation Fees are applied according to our scheduling policies and may be credited toward eligible services.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Appointments may be rescheduled according to our scheduling policy.
We appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
